Fall Festival Prayer Prompts
Entrance:
Pray for those entering to enjoy an hour or two with their family and/or friends. Pray that they can relax, have fun, and be safe. Pray for our Volunteers to be able to answer any questions and our Safety Team Volunteers to be aware of any issues that could arise. Pray that our First Aid Volunteers are prepared, but do not have any calls.
Food Tent/Entertainment Stage:
Pray for those eating to be fed physically and be prepared to be fed spiritually as they make their way through the corn maze and hayride.
Corn Maze:
Pray that as participants make their way through the maze that God prepares their hearts. That they would be faced with the fact that the real path to security is through Christ alone.
Volunteer Check-in:
Pray for our volunteers to be rested, ready to serve together, and ready to share Christ.
Hay Ride:
Pray for the participants as they read scriptures along the path of the Hay Ride. Pray that God open’s their heart and mind to Him if they are lost. Pray for those that are follower’s of Christ to live out their faith and share what these scriptures teach us. Pray that the Volunteers in these areas would have gospel centered conversations with Guests during the week.
Drama/Gospel Presentation:
Pray for those hearing the Gospel of Jesus for the very first time. Pray for those that have heard many times, but have never made a commitment to follow Jesus. Pray that all that hear His message would answer the call to follow Jesus. Pray everyone is renewed by God. Pray for our Volunteer Encouragers as they have one-on-one conversations with Guests.
Marshmallow/Pumpkins:
Pray for family time. Pray that families would enjoy a moment together that sets them up to continue that in their normal daily lives. Pray for hurting families and those families that can serve other families. Pray that the Volunteers in these areas would have gospel centered conversations with Guests during the week.
Games/Displays:
Pray for children and the young a heart to have a great time playing games and interacting with animals. Pray that the Volunteers in these areas would have gospel centered conversations with Guests during the week.
Exit:
Pray for our exit greeters as they say goodnight to everyone. Pray that they can share Next Steps with Guests in an effort to get them involved in our church if they are not members of another body of believers.
