Road Trip

John 1:38-39 – “Turning around, Jesus saw them following and asked, ‘What do you want?’ They said, ‘Rabbi’ (which means ‘Teacher’), ‘where are you staying?’ ‘Come,’ he replied, ‘and you will see.’ So they went and saw where he was staying, and they spent that day with him. It was about four in the afternoon.”
Following Jesus is like a road trip. You don’t have every stop mapped out, but you trust the driver and know the destination. You learn along the way, growing closer to Him with each step. But isn’t it true that road trips are better with others? Sharing our faith doesn’t mean we have all the answers; sometimes it just means inviting someone to ride along. “Come and see” is still the invitation.
Prayer Prompt
Pray today for the Lord to show you who to invite to join the journey of following Jesus.
